Based in the East Mountains near Albuquerque, Meghan has been hosting community hoop jams, performing at live music events, and spreading the magic of movement throughout New Mexico.
With a background in occupational therapy and a passion for holistic wellness, Meghan brings a grounded, heart-centered approach to teaching—welcoming all bodies, abilities, and experience levels.
